Q1: What is the difference between cold welding machine and argon arc welding?
A1: The cold welding machine is a high-frequency pulse, and it is instantly discharged. The high-energy power stored in the internal capacitor is discharged in about 10 milliseconds, and no heat is accumulated after welding, so it is called a cold welding machine. Argon arc welding is continuous heating, the heat accumulation is too high, the material will be deformed and discolored, and the pulse function is used in time.Due to its long discharge time, about a few hundred milliseconds, it still cannot reduce the heat.
